can not start RIDE from desktop about ride HOT 7 CLOSED

You may edit the shortcut and change to:

python -m robotide.__init__

If you only have Python3 installed.

I solved this problem.so i shared the way for all of you。
I end the command: ride.py,the cmd line shows as follows:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pygments'
OnInit returned false, exiting...
so i install "pygments" use command :pip install pygments
after i installed the pygments,then i endter ride.py in cmd line,the RIDE started up!
however the ride can only be started up using ride.py in cmd line,but can not started up by double click the shortcut on the desktop.

however,when i opened the ride and new a testcase,the size of the table is so small,you can see is as follows:

so how can i setup the size of the table?

As soon as the cells have some content, your problem is gone. You can also change in Tools>Preferences->Grid Editor some settings related with cell sizes.

Since the initial problem is solved, I am closing this Issue.

I just do the operation as you said, I can find the Tools>Preferences->Grid Editor, then i can modify the column size and max size in it, but no save button can save it.When i close the dilague box, and i opened it again ,i can see the size is not modified, it's still the original number.
No problems opend in RIDE 1.5.2, i can modified the column size successfull in RIDE 1.5.2.
so i wonder maybe it is a bug in RIDE 1.7.2, can you help me,thanks.

Don't select "Auto size columns" and see if changing the value does any action. Do not use an empty test case file. The size is only important when there is content in cell.

I had tried it as you said, but failed.
I did not select Auto size, and there is content in testcase cells, when i chanaged the cell size, it did not changed. you can do it in your computer and check the result.

when i secondly enter to the Tools>Preferences->Grid Editor, just find that all size is changed to the default number.
