Can create custom labels :) do you need anything from us to be able to set this up, or are you able to test it locally?

Ah, in that case I didn't know cutom labels existed :)

I've added rubocop to the circleci config and updated the readme. I've use the circleci CLI tool to check that the new config is still valid. Other than that, I don't think there is much more I can do to test this locally, right? ie the only way to see if this works as expected is to merge with master and see if it passes with no errors on CircleCI..?
