[compat] Twitch about fx_cast-compat HOT 6 OPEN

Reposting from duplicate hensm/fx_cast#114.

Cast icon in video player is missing until I start casting from the right-click menu. Works perfectly otherwise.

The establishing of the session caused the cast icon to appear.

App is detected but when I try to cast the "casting..." message on the button appears and never manages to cast. Works fine with Youtube.

Firefox is version 92.0, on Windows 10.

Thanks, I can reproduce. Strangely, the cast icon shows up immediately on the featured player on the homepage.

Also, uses missing Session#addMediaListener, but probably not relevant.

This is extremely finicky but, I've found that disabling uBlock Origin has sometimes caused the icon to appear in the player.

It is extremely hard to reproduce this result consistently, especially after restarting FF.

I added Twitch to the whitelist and the addon detects the Chromecast, but the button to finally cast it stays grayed out and non-clickable both on right-click menu and the extension. Incredible work so far!!
