Hi @arajamani-ampere. Sorry for the three week delay.

You may be interested by our recent implementation of the ROR shift type, available on master branch. This implementation is part of a more important PR #699, which should normally provide all shift types. Do not hesitate to contact us if some are still missing. Thanks.

Thank you for your help!! I had a couple other instructions that I was hoping you could take a look at. I don't see implementations for the following instructions: REV, ABS, SMULL, SMADDL, STZ2, and LDRSW. Also, I am not able to get ORN to work with any shifts. Thanks so much again!

Hi @arajamani-ampere. We'll thus consider implementing instructions REV, ABS, SMULL, SMADDL, STZ2, and LDRSW (and the H and B analogs).

However I do not completely understand your remark about ORN and shifts. It would be great if you could provide us with an example.

I was running through a few examples, and ORN seems to be working! Sorry for the confusion!! I was wondering if there was any update on the other instructions? Thank you again for all your help!!

Hi @arajamani-ampere, I guess you mean STZ2G?

Yes, typo! Thanks!

Hi @arajamani-ampere, all (hopefully) the instructions listed above have been implemented. All instructions except the last one are now available in the master branch.

The last one STZ2G was indeed tricky, and revealed some shortcomings of our tagged memory implementation. Finally. STZ2G is available in mixed-size mode only (-variant mixed) and it makes sense on arrays of sufficient size only . The code is still a pull-request (PR #763)
