解码使用的h264视频在window上使用VLC播放也是流畅的，不会出现一卡卡的问题

解码一帧的大小有试过4096~8192之间的数值，结果是一样的

视频解码也有内存泄漏问题，我挂载了一个周末，内存使用一直在涨，虽然涨得不是特别的快

解码的同步要依赖于输出帧的时间戳，不是这样用延时做同步的……
延迟分段送包更是不合理的，建议先学习下视频编解码相关的基础知识，看下雷霄骅的博客

但是我是使用的rkmedia的vdec去解码的，我只能通过调整送的每一包的大小以及送包间隔去调整
