Are you running Symfony 2.4.5? There is a bug related to folder resolution. Try using "2.4.x-dev" or 2.4.4 and see if that fixes it, please.

Yup, symfony/symfony#10894 is the culprit AFAIK, and symfony/symfony#10979 is one of the fixes in discussion. Looks like HttpFoundation/HttpKernel.
