Regarding the File upload
- The files will be uploaded into the server into a specified location.
- Also, the metadata will be saved into the database(upload table).
- The filename will be the [id in the upload table].[normalized file extension]
where [normalized file extension] has the following possible values: ( 
'doc','htm','html','pdf', 'rtf', 'txt' )
