The 1.0.0 release appears to have had new files uploaded to it two days ago. I s'pose this is exactly why the checks are in place!

If this ends up being the reason for the failure, we ought to reach out to the Vercel team and let them know about this side-effect of updating artifacts in-place. 😮

Thanks. Appreciate that, but I did follow that guidance (and the general rules) before submission and concluded that the steps hadn't solved the issue. With that in mind, I'm a little confused, since the tickbox says "I made doubly sure this is not a checksum does not match error"... but that is literally the issue (and seems to be a legitimate one).

If the expected action was to immediately open a PR instead of an issue, then my apologies, I didn't catch that in the rules anywhere. Either way, I'll get on that now.
