Use Rails filter paramters instead of static array about honeybadger-ruby HOT 5 CLOSED

Actually we already use the rails filter parameters in addition to Honeybadger params filters:

The README mentions this for Rails 2, but needs to be updated to make it clear that Rails 3 filters are also included. Also, this is documented in the cucumber features:

Sorry for the confusion - better organizing the gem documentation is on my todo list. :)
