Support externalip zen config param as environment variable about zen-node-docker HOT 4 CLOSED

Can support via OPTS. But, neither ip nor ifconfig are part of the image, which is useful for extracting IP addresses at runtime.

ip is part of package iproute2. ifconfig is part of net-tools.

I'd install iproute2 to resolve this. Debian is moving away from ifconfig.

Docker Compose doesn't support command substitution. So, my original plan is foiled.

I think this change is still useful. I'll let you know if I still use it with a new plan.

Incorporated it into #14 with support for multiple external IPs and automatic detection.
