Requirements

• "Offering to help" is for a logged in user. Viewing can be anonymous
• Activity shows "skills needed" - skills that match up with user skills should be highlighted
• Volunteering for an activity will allow you to associate one or more skills associated with the activity
• Volunteer will provide Name, Email, Phone, Additional Info on volunteering

Ideas:

• Use Bootstrap modal popup to gather volunteer info as well as to make skill associations
