To run the peer in a docker container for local development perform the following tasks:
First make sure all of your tests run (this will build the openchain-peer docker image)
Then execute the following command to run your validating peer in a container.
docker run --rm -it -e OPENCHAIN_PEER_ID=Peer_Validator_1 -e OPENCHAIN_VM_ENDPOINT=http://172.17.42.1:4243 openchain-peer obc-peer peer
