@opentaps in my view, the multi-cloud-deployment is one fundamental part of blockchain-based carbon accounting. The utility emissions channel could be one of many channels of the "general purpose" Hyperledger Fabric network.
It would like to separate application logic like net emissions token, utility emissions channel from the shared infrastructure layers Common Data as well as Common ID & Agents layer of the Open Business Application Network.
What do you think?
