There's too little information here to diagnose the error. Usually "access denied" messages appear when you are using invalid wallet identities (i.e., public keys that aren't certified by the CAs (MSPs) of the organizations that are bootstrapped into your network channel.

My suggestion would be to tear down the network, then make sure there are no active docker containers (run docker ps -a to check) or docker volumes (run docker volume ls to check), and then restart from scratch: generate a fresh copy of the Trade Network channel and crypto artifacts and then return to VSCode to connect to the environment, making sure you run all the steps in the right sequence as described in the chapter.
