Basabdatta Sen Bhattacharya's Projects
The Basal Ganglia model inspired by the GPR model, designed to run on the SpiNNaker machine. The work is then compared with a similar model on SpineCreator, available on Github. The work is published in the IEEE transactions on Cognitive and Developmental Systems.
The codes that I developed for my PhD thesis. (October 2004 to March 2008)
Code for "Implementing a foveal-pit inspired filter in a Spiking Convolutional Neural Network"
The Gurney-Prescott-Redgrave model coded up with Izhikevich model neurons
Official course repo for the Neural Networks and Fuzzy Logic course at BITS Goa (Sem 2, 2018-19).
Modelling the Lateral Geniculate Nucleus with 3 cell populations consisting of Izhikevich neuron models. The extrinsic input is assumed to be from retinal spiking neurons when stimulated with trains of spike at a constant frequency. The output will simulate a Local Field Potential signal, which is the average membrane potential of a tightly packed neuronal population in around 0.3 sq mm of neuronal tissue.
