Спасибо! Я почти знаю что там приключилось: в HA поменялся формат файла переводов, а я туплю с обновлением.
У вас еще, наверное, sensor.yandex_weather_condition_yandex и sensor.yandex_weather_condition показывают не совсем то, что нужно.

Yandex Weather Condition Yandex отдаёт вроде верно, у меня не все сенсоры используются и проблема только с Yandex Weather Wind bearing

Да, состояния тоже не транслируются:
А Яндексовое состояние правильное потому что переводится внутри интеграции.
Хех... опять мажорную версию поднимать...
