What version of numpy scipy matplotlib and sklearn to use about sort-deepsort-yolov3-ros HOT 4 OPEN

I don`t know what version to choose

I'm having the same issues also, the SORT and DEEPSORT nodes are giving me python dependencies errors (sklearn,tensorflow,scipy...) , plz tell me if you solved this problem
