Why? I only see three packages in npm outdated. Mocha doesn't count since it for testing and works fine as it is. Chalk could be manually updated, but doesn't really change much. bin-wrapper uses semver and you'll get the latest patch version without me doing anything. I suggest you learn semver: https://github.com/isaacs/node-semver

Oh right, it is the bin-wrapper itself who holds most of the outdated packages. Regarding semver, when I do an npm update, I see that it updates patches only. For example it does not really update async. The current async version 0.2.9 has more fixes/features/performance than 0.1.22
And since you are the maintainer of bin-wrapper as well, tell me why you aren't updating modules from time to time? This little housekeeping is recommended to stay updated. You never know what has been fixed in their recent packages ...
