@MHDante - I'd be a bit hesitant to include observables in an RPC library like this since it forces all consumers to use observables. It should be pretty easy for a library to provide a wrapping functionality.
@jonny-improbable / @jonnyreeves - I'll submit a PR tomorrow. I'm just going to generate an additional method for every unary call that returns a ResponseStream if the caller does not provide a callback. Let me know if that's not what you were expected.

Yep; we also need to expose metadata on unary calls as well.

Observables have been a common pattern to standardize this kind of behaviour
