Process
- The bump & tag task can be run on any branch, doesn't need to be master, conceptually all we are -saying with that is that this code is ok to release, when it gets merged to master it gets merged
- Add a travis
github_releaseconfig block that will work when a tagged commit is pushed to master and will upload the release to github
That way, when we are on develop and what to release the pacakge we bump the version like a regular additional commit, and then travis takes care of generating a github release from that
