Kevin, there's been an open issue to add a homebrew recipe for a while. Our discussion was here: Homebrew/legacy-homebrew#20839
It seems like no one is working on it and I would love to see it get done, but I don't have a Mac to work on it at the moment. Would be happy to help you out if you want to make it happen.

I hate to dig up a closed issue, but I'd be willing to do what is needed to Bottle this. It looks like all that is needed is reliable and versioned build URLs. Perhaps you have better notes on what exactly is taking so long to get this into HB?

Yeah, there are two things holding back homebrew integration.
One is that ngrok doesn't lock down its dependencies. Either I should just pull them all into the repository (since ngrok's GOPATH is within the repo) or I need to setup one of the tools for managing go dependencies like godep. There are a bunch and I need to evaluate them.
Secondly, the homebrew guys want a real way to test than ngrok is installed correctly and working, so we probably need a really lightweight test command. I'm imagining something that sets up a tunnel and then connects to itself and then shuts down.
