Per category "show as free/busy" setting for outlook integration about indico-plugins-cern HOT 2 CLOSED

OK, after some more feedback we'll add a setting to override it like this:

Maybe we'll add a nicer category picker at some point in the future; for now it will just be a text field to enter the category ID since we have a field for this kind of item configuration that works well out-of-the-box, but hooking it up to a category picker would add exactly the "lot of effort" mentioned in my previous comment and is something I'd rather tackle at some point if/when we move that whole form to something more modern (React)

I'm not sure about this. It's a lot of effort for a somewhat rare usecase. IMHO the easiest workaround would be to use "free" or "tentative" and then manually add a "busy" calendar entry where applicable. Or, for recurring events, just create your own recurring calendar entry unrelated to the Indico-managed ones...
