[ Post Card ] Post as external link about jeo-theme HOT 1 CLOSED

I found theses cases:

CASE 1 (We had to wait 5 minutes)

Create a post with original name and original link
Publish the post, in the home the preview card show both information correctly
Back to the post editor, remove the original name, save the post
Back to the home (F5), the original name is still there.

Expected result: only the icon link (without name)

CASE 2

Low priority due to it looks like an unsual case
Create a 1st post with publisher name "BBC UK" and URL Ex. https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-53358875
Create a 2nd post without publisher name and URL Ex. https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-53358875 (same url the 1st post)
Publish both posts
Go the home, both posts have the "BBC UK" as publisher name

Expected result: Each post must have independent behavior
