It's only designed to work with external SD cards, not internal or external hard drives / SSDs. Since It fills the drives with files to test them It would be disastrous to run It on the system HD...

In this case it was an external USB stick, but thanks for the heads up!

I experienced the same problem with an external SD card plugged directly in my macbook. The card was listed but greyed out.

Nevermind, I had a permission error with my SD card. Everything works as expected.
