I am also experiencing issues when running client3.py with python 3.8. Any help will be appreciated.

This issue has been resolved. Though I didn't get any errors when running, server3.py, pasting following on web browser 'http://localhost:8080/query?id=1' didn't yield any data. Hence killed the process running on port 8080 and ran server3.py. That seems to have resolved this issue.
