Found out the cause and fixed in 6349cdd / 5825270. From now on, every push/pull request will have its own ZIP. See § Installation for more information.

Version 0.1.0-mvp.1 was released just three days ago. It is not too different from the master branch, except for that it doesn't allow relative paths to executables. I can still see all 3 assets and am able to download them just fine, even when logged out:
I intend to make a release every Sunday (see Release schedule), by the way.

I just released v0.1.0-mvp.2. It should address this issue. See also this upstream issue for why build.yaml doesn't work (had it worked, every push would have its own ZIP).
