Any errors in console?

No errors. I use latest Multiverse-Core and Latest PlotSquared with spigot 1.8
It's strange that when I /plot setup plots PlotSquared and then /mv create plots normal -g PlotSquared its not working and I have to do it again to create the world. I think it's problem from 1.8 cuz when I load world created on 1.7 it spawn me on normal world with many chunk glitches and the spawnpoint is far away from your place.

Very strange. I've had a plotworld working on 1.8 however it was an existing plotworld from 1.7.X rather than a fresh world.
I'll test it out with a fresh server setup to see if I can duplicate the issue. In the meantime maybe try updating multiverse etc if it's not the latest version. Also set the "globaldebug" to 3 in the multiverse config to see if any unusual messages appear during world creation.

Cannot replicate. Need more info.
Please reopen issue with a startup log and any messages that appear during command execution if problem persists.
