Latest in nugget 5.2 as I remember. Work around add dependency to windows
service directly but not looks good.

Can't seem to replicate the issue you have. I suspect it might be the dll hell issue in case you had the previous version of SDK installed.
Try to add the SDK in a fresh windows service project and see if you can replicate because we tried on 2 diff projects but can't replicate. Thanks!
