Improve exact keyword search about invenio-app-rdm HOT 1 CLOSED

The problem on Zenodo with exact keyword search was because in Zenodo we rank users who are verified higher in the search results. As such, the unusual search result ranking is due to the user not being verified. As such, I wrote a query to find all the unverified EU community members and then verified them with a script to prevent this issue in the future
