** [E516] "rules/customRuleBlocks.js" not found, but JavaScript-Rules support is declared**
Please check what to do and who can fix this as telegram is used by many users
Seems to be related to ioBroker/ioBroker.javascript#1148
Could be related to #408

Eventually you know how to fix this too and can reduce workload for Apollo77.
I guess removing "JavaScript-Rules support is declared" should do it, but I do not known where / how to do it and ensure that I do not break things.

Ich kenne die Funktionalität nicht aber laut der Meldung wird der Block deklariert und ist code wise nicht da.
