Hi @AkaraChen, I just took a quick stab at this, running:
pnpm create stencil@latest
I installed the same node and pnpm versions you did, although I'm on macOS 13.1, and I'm not seeing the error you reported. Is there any more information you can supply to help reproduce this error?
