Add spinning animation on hover of loading icons about ionicons HOT 6 CLOSED

I'd worry that everyone would think that's the default, and that their icons would spin on hover.

I thought about that too. But, when would you ever use those icons without spin?

OHHH, I thought you meant EVERY icon. That makes more sense now. We should really call out the animations page too.

No no, just the spinner ones. We could have a link to the animations inside the dropdown box when they click them.
