Also CC'ing @sptramer, as @appcelerator apparently has a fork with a new --retina feature. I think it would make sense if you guys would take over maintenance, as it's part of your product suite. Please let me know if you want to do this, I think it’s high time for a new release.

I don't use ios-sim anymore and, seems, my patches were merged into some of the branches floating around.

I would like to volunteer to take this over, and put it under the PhoneGap organization (I am the iOS maintainer for the project). The Apache Cordova project uses this, but the project itself will be external to Cordova because of licensing reasons.

Thanks @alloy! I'm going to start migrating this next week. How would I send updates to homebrew happen now, do I simply send a pull request to them, without needing any transition notification?

You can just send them a pull-request, they don't have fixed maintainers for formulae.
