IPFS retrieval of cached content much slower when the node is online vs offline about kubo HOT 5 OPEN

Thank you for the amazing video. This does look like a problem, we are probably re-announcing the block in the sync path, which adds some extra latency when compared w/ offline mode. We probably shouldn't be doing this.

Before trying to investigate, I'll try to reproduce on linux, it might as well be the macos scheduler being bad at handling concurrent operations.
