Have you considered using [SerializeField]
on the private members you want serialized?

Thanks for you reply!
I know that would work. In my case currently I'm using fullserializer as a pretty printer to dump random things into log for debugging. I'd prefer not to add the attribute as I'm not really serializing it.

As of 2acd65e, you can make fsMemberSerialization.OptOut
the default member serialization strategy by setting fsConfig.DefaultMemberSerialization
to fsMemberSerialization.OptOut
. Doing this will achieve the behavior you want (no extra annotations). Note that all properties are serialized, not just auto-properties.
As of 19030de, the following can now be serialized w/o adding [fsProperty]
annotations.
[fsObject(MemberSerialization = fsMemberSerialization.OptOut)]
public class OptOut {
public int publicField;
public int publicAutoProperty { get; set; }
public int publicManualProperty { get { return publicField; } set { publicField = value; } }
private int privateField;
private int privateAutoProperty { get; set; }
}

Really appreciate for the quick update! Guess I'll purchase fullinspector soon :)
