Integrate Materialize.io about biff HOT 3 CLOSED

right now only feasible way is using the avro ocf source. (it's the only way to update existing records without using Kafka). it'd be inconvenient because that source doesn't have upsert-on-primary key. you have to specify all the fields and values of the record you want to update. improving their sources is a priority for them (though idk exactly how high of a priority it is), so I'm opting to just wait for that.

After thinking about it some more, I think just using avro ocf sources would probably be fine. I don't desperately need a materialize integration for Findka at the moment, but I could see it coming in handy somewhat soon. I previously wrote a bunch of code for it anyway. So once this becomes a priority again, it probably won't take too long to finish.
