I've found that switching the cache to Redis has stopped that issue from happening on my builds. It may be crons/running scripts that creates new cache files before the directory can be deleted fully.

I am getting the same error while deploying to the server. Is there any workaround without switching the cache to redis? Because redis has it's own issues with some custom modules and visual merchandiser module.

Hi, this kind of error is due to NFS,
When you’re deleting the cache, some other process in the same moment is trying to write and you get this error.
The only workaround is putting web in Maintenance mode.
What king of issues has Redis? Maybe the modules are nod coded in good way.
