I am also getting the same error.

Error creating: pods "homepage-645f585975-" is forbidden: error looking up service account homepage/homepage: serviceaccount "homepage" not found

Values:

# Enable RBAC. RBAC is necessary to use Kubernetes integration
enableRbac: true

serviceAccount:
  # Specify a different service account name
  name: homepage
  # Create service account. Needed when RBAC is enabled.
  create: true

Service account output:

Interesting. I've never overridden the default SA name, so I haven't seen this. It looks pretty straight forward to reproduce.
