Hello @jby!
I would consider this expected behavior as the script is not designed to be run over and over on the same client without rebooting or doing some cleanup. If you are testing over and over again, I would strongly recommend using the TESTING_MODE flag as is deletes key BOM files.
If you do need to run DEP Notify over and over, I would recommend creating a post install script for DEP Notify that would move or delete the depnotify.log file in /var/tmp. That file is used by DEP Notify to configure the end user experience and you can see in your log that it has most of the info you are looking to display in there twice. Removing or moving that file should be an easy fix!

That's ok, I'm just a bit perplexed that I couldn't find any logic in the script that would indicate that it's behaving this way.
