Failed to activate the formatter-astyle package about formatter-astyle HOT 4 CLOSED

I'm unable to work on this package right now, I'd be happy if anyone could look into this.

Looks like the problem comes from the base package (formatter), there is a fix but it was not accepted yet.
Some people said that reinstalling atom solves the problem, I haven't tested yet.

Any update on this?
I get the same error/stacktrace (reinstall not helping) on both Ubuntu 16.10 and Windows 10 regarding this package, although this is now Atom 1.13.1.

The problem is not atom is the Formatter package.
There is a fix in its github but it's not in the package.

It works if you change your local package with this:
