Need access to expires_in field coming with accessToken about passport-google-oauth HOT 2 CLOSED

For anyone else interested in this: passport-oauth changes its callback parameters according to the number of parameters the given result function has.

E.g. the example given

new GoogleStrategy(..., function(accessToken, refreshToken, profile, done) {})

works as well as

new GoogleStrategy(..., function(accessToken, refreshToken, X, profile, done) {})

with the difference that the second callback given gets one additional parameter X, that contains the raw JSON return from Google, e.g.:

{ access_token: 'xyz',
     token_type: 'Bearer',
     expires_in: 3600,
     id_token: 'xyz' }
