So you're looking to dump the configuration from the Ultimate One and restore it on the Touch? Unfortunately, we don't have support for dumping the configuration from these remotes. These remotes have a quite complicated sync procedure and that hasn't been reverse engineered completely yet. It's not anywhere close to the old remotes where there was a simple configuration file that could be dumped and restored. Probably your only option now is to use the official software to do this. It might be possible to copy settings from one 'account' to another.

I have the same issue on my Ultimate One.
concordance -i is pretty fine to print the device info. Not to mention to the dump or write config file. It's even strange if I set-time then get-time to the remote.

Maybe I'm just missing some tutorial. I was able to open "Connectivity.EZHex" with congruity but I don't have a clue what this program did. Everything seemed okay, but in the end, I could only click on "close" which closed the GUI completely.

Connectivity.EZHex is just the connectivity test. Then Congruity will tell the website to move onto the next step, and your only option is to close. The website should then deliver a Configuration.EZHex which is what contains the actual configuration data.

@rexyeah - after you set time, can you run concordance -i again? Or is it just --get-time that doesn't work?

@rexyeah - OK that's a totally unrelated bug. We probably just don't support get-time on the Ultimate One yet. Can you file separate task for that?
