Compute aggregated stats about covid19-growth-dashboard HOT 5 CLOSED

We probably cannot add up the numbers for each country. Most likely there is overlap in the metrics. So we will need another data source.

I think that now the stats from the CSSE source can be safely aggregated.
There isn't a definitive answer on this in the data source repo, but if you troll through the issues, it seems to be the case. For example: CSSEGISandData/COVID-19#590

I think aggregated stats would be a very useful feature. I can work on this unless you want to @briehl. If you work on it, then I may start working on a second dashboard that sources data from covidtracking.com

I'm going to go ahead and do this in the simplest way I can think of. In normalize-data.ts (I think I'm going to rename this to transform-data.ts, normalize is probably not the best term), I will add additional region entries for "Worldwide", as well as each top-level country that has provinces.
