• Last released Vim-R-plugin (0.9.9.1) and last released vimcom (0.9-5)
• Development version of Vim-R-plugin (0.9.9.2) and development version of vimcom (0.9-6)

What versions of Vim-R-plugin and vimcom are you using?

I am trying Vim-R-plugin-0.9.9.1 and vimcom-0.9-5 and I can't get it to work. I've now tried multiple combinations and \kp does work for me under Vim-R-plugin-0.9.7 and vimcom-0.9-2. For Vim-R-plugin packages >=0.9.8, \kp does not seem to do anything.

I think I figured out what was going wrong for me. I sent a pull request, but I could not figure out how to attach it to this issue. Also, I wanted to express my appreciation for this plugin, I don't know if I could be a statistician without it!

I am having the same issue right now. Nothing works except for the command "\kn". I am using Vim-R-plugin (0.9.9.1) and vimcom (0.9-5) on a mac. Could you please tell me how to fix it? Thank you so much!

I believe the problem was solved by the change that I committed on January 12. The commit title was "Remove options nosingler and by_vim_instance". You can (a) use the development version of the plugin if you are able to build vimcom, (b) try to apply the change to Vim-R-plugin 0.9.9.1, or (c) wait until the next version of Vim-R-plugin and vimcom are released. I plan to release the new version of vimcom tomorrow and the Vim-R-plugin in a couple of days latter (when vimcom has propagated through CRAN mirrors).
