Is it possible to use this plugin with RStudio? about vim-r-plugin HOT 2 CLOSED

It's not possible to run this plugin with RStudio. In fact, it's not even possible to use Vim as RStudio's text editor:

RStudio has a graphical user interface and Tmux is only useful to run text applications. You can start RStudio in a Tmux session by typing "rstudio", but Vim will not be able to send commands to RStudio. It's possible to send commands to the terminal where you have started Tmux and RStudio, but RStudio will do nothing with the commands.

You can only send commands from Vim to R if R was called by Vim. Please, read the plugin's documentation:

I see what you mean. If I change the code in common_global.vim to launch RStudio, it creates a tmux window and launches an RStudio window. If I use the plugin to send commands, it goes to the tmux window but not to the RStudio window.
