The vim-script "user" is a robot. Github mistakenly lists me as the "contributor" of https://github.com/vim-scripts/Vim-R-plugin because I use the same login name in www.vim.org and here at github.com, but I have never contributed anything to that repository. I don't know who maintains the robot, but it seems that its homepage is http://vim-scripts.org/ .

Actually, I saw the issue while installing plugins with Vundle. Vundle can use a github repo, such as yours and also vim-script repo when author is not mentioned. But as this is a very developmental version, and even you insisted on not using it, except for development of plugin, I have no option to install it via Vundle.

I have attenuated the recommendation to not use the development version in the README file. Actually, I don't plan to add new features and if I do add one it will probably not affect the old ones. However, if you use this version you'll also have to keep vimcom.plus up to date.
