With a database, we can do this in many ways (grouping by user, projects, programing language, and others).

It exceeds our needs in this project and is already bundled with PHP. This could be something that can be easily installed and used by us (and other people) anywhere without many (without any is my desire) configuration.

Another thing is: we should implement a way to the user configure user and repositories by project ou label, like: I will love to put doctrine/doctrine-migrations-bundle side by side with symfony 2, because for me it's the same ecosystem.

An user can create boxes and can drag some users/repositories to each one.

I could create a box named "PHP Microframeworks" and add "Slim", "Silex", "Lemon", "Flight".
