Depends on what you mean by "auto."

If you call the YouTube Downloader url from the server side - with wget or curl - it will be downloaded on the server.

I just want to put the video is in the submit box and hit submit then it down to folder on my server don't want the download links

so if you construct the url the right way, you can just request a link and get it downloaded - see what this project does, for example: https://github.com/jeckman/YouTube-Podcatcher-Feed-Creator

If you pass to wget or curl the right link, your server will automatically download the correct format.

Those links look like:

http://domain/youtubedownloader/getvideo.mp4?videoid=zPIpuVi9Ddc&format=ipad

Where format can be ipad, free, best, or none in which case I think it will grab the highest resolution.

So the question is where are you putting the video id in - you could just at the command line do a wget and put the video id in the right place in the query string.

question this works below but do you know how I would get it to save the file as the name with the .mp4 or what ever the best pick up. just like when you click download? I put in http://domain/youtubedownloader/getvideo.mp4?videoid=TZ355GkKzyQ &format=best in the submit/post box and again thanks for you help
