Same video works fine in my install, so it has to be something in your install.
Do you have access to the PHP Error log on your server? Are you sure nothing has changed on the server side?

yes sir nothing is changed in the server side! it suddenly not works and after few hours it works!! i changed in different server the same problem is occurs! thanq

any possiblity of request the youtube info content from own client ip address!!

This project isn't going to request the youtube info client side. There are other javascript approaches which do this - run entirely in the browser client side - but I'm not interested in a client side solution.
Sounds like you're making so many requests to youtube from your server they are shutting you off / adding a validation step to prevent script access. Can't help you with that.
