The work around was similar to Naun's answer on #169:
These dll's need to be copied to bin:
- packages\microsoft.data.sqlclient.sni.runtime\2.0.1\runtimes\win-x64\native\Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SNI.dll
- packages\microsoft.data.sqlclient\2.0.1\runtimes\win\lib\netcoreapp3.1\Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.dll
Microsoft.Data.SqlClient needs to be downgraded to 2.0.1, and the nuget package Microsoft.Data.SqlClient.SNI.Runtime v2.0.1 also needs to be installed
from fitsharp.
